*Market Cap Minimum $100 million
*Price/Earnings Ratio less than 20
*Net Cash (cash less LT debt) is at least 20 percent of market cap

Nice to see some non-tech companies here; nothing against tech, but the truth is, your editor just isn't adept at tech (perhaps just not smart enough). As always, buyer beware.
